Building a bridge between family and career


CORPUS SIREO aims to help its employees to better combine their families with their careers and has therefore initiated a family programme. The pilot project applies to all mothers and fathers with children below the age of twelve.

The CORPUS SIREO family programme in detail:

  • Extension of special leave: Parents receive one additional day's vacation on the day their child starts school.
  • Flexible work hours: Work hours, which are already flexible, can become even more so, if needed. For instance, contractually agreed work hours can be temporarily reduced if a child is in need of care.
  • Support from an external advisory and agency service: By cooperating with pme Familienservice GmbH, CORPUS SIREO helps mothers and fathers to take care of their children. Employees can obtain advice from the family service free of charge. The service helps parents to make decisions relating to the issue of combining families and careers, offers individual advice on childcare and supports the search for suitable carers and childcare facilities.
  • Emergency care service: In emergencies, the family service can arrange for a substitute emergency mum to come to the house at short notice. In emergencies, CORPUS SIREO also enables children to be cared for free of charge on the premises of the family service, where children aged between four months and twelve years can be supervised on an hourly or daily basis during the relevant opening hours.
